TKF Chain Conveyor


GECOS TKF – are dust free continuous-action chain conveyors. They are suitable for bulk materials conveying, discharging, distributing, loading and collecting. We also offer those of special design, as for example water-bath chain conveyor in the production of white cement or for the cooling of ashes. Due to the wide range of TKF’s design, they can be optimally planned into the local conditions.

TDM Truck Discharge Machine


The bulk material, delivered by truck, brought by front loaders or grab cranes, is filled into the feeding hopper of the TDM. In this case, the discharging machine can serve as a continuous conveyor or/and as an intermediate buffer. The bulk material is handled by means of a transport belt from the hopper to the outlet chute and fed there to the downstream process equipment.

TDS Trailer Docking Station


Alternative fuels like wood chips and fluff must be delivered by Walking Floor Trailer. Bulk material is pushed directly out of semi-trailer into the docking station. By means of screw bottom the bulk material is transferred at the lateral direction with certain adjustable capacity to the chain conveyor, which transports bulk material to the downstream process equipment. If required, TDS can be provided in high degree dust-free execution. A stationary hydraulic power pack is also available to decouple the semi-trailer from the truck and to be able to empty it autonomously.

Silo Discharge Machine – SDM


Silo Discharge Machine is available in diameters from 1.5 to 6 meters for flow rates up to 1000 t/h. With material testing and a special design it is possible to achieve maximum storage and mass flow discharge from the silo

Bunker Discharge Machine – BDM


The task of the Bunker Discharge Machine (BDM) is to extract wet, cohesive, coarse or abrasive non free flowing bulk materials from bunkers, hoppers, bins, silos, stockpiles and
dome type storages. The arms of the Bunker Discharge Machine rotate and reclaim bulk material from the bunker shelf onto a conveying system. The BDM can travel automatically and selfpropel itself through a tunnel located under the stored bulk material. The rotating discharge arms convey the bulk material toward the opening in the center of the floor.

Bunker Discharge Machines are available in a variety of designs and configurations to meet many applications. The BDM’s discharge wheel has six logarithmic shaped discharge arms which guarantee consistent feeding of any bulk material. The arms are bolted to a hub which is connected by a shrink disk to the output shaft of the reducer. Discharge arms are lined with wear resistant liner plates designed to increase the life of the discharge arms.

SAS Sweeping Auger


These screw dischargers have been designed to discharge large silos with a diameter in the range of 4.0 to 18.0 m. The bulk material, preferably alternative fuel, is transferred by the screw into the rotating inner cone. The bulk material is next moved by means of distributing rotors into two discharge outlets and fed there to the downstream process equipment. This machine is not suitable for dusts and fine-grained bulk materials.

Bulk Material Testing Laboratory


In our laboratory bulk materials are examined in order to determine their properties, which ensure problem-free mass flow discharge of silos and bunkers. With the determined bulk material properties, we can carry out a customized silo dimensioning which, in combination with one of our selected discharge units, guarantees problem-free discharge of bulk material.
